3. Client Onboarding and Verification

To comply with Canadian compliance and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements, we require all prospective clients to complete an onboarding verification process. We reserve the right to decline services if identity, source of wealth, or compliance checks do not meet our standards.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logo designs, custom structures, and materials displayed on this website are the property of Sovereign Wealth CA Consulting Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
